PVC Alloy Rib Inflatable Boat With Weather Resistance

- May 15, 2019-

There are two types of PVC alloy rib inflatable boats on the market. One is a heat capacity boat, which is similar in material to the swim ring. Another type is that the rubber boat is also called the sports boat airbag. It is made of PVC three-layer mesh cloth. The material is thicker and relatively safe.

The so-called PVC is also a polyvinyl chloride, a polymer such as a peroxide or an azo compound or a polymer which is polymerized by a radical polymerization reaction under the action of light or heat. The vinyl chloride homopolymer and the vinyl chloride copolymer are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resins. Its material is a non-crystalline material. In actual use, PVC materials require frequent addition of stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, colorants, impact agents, and other additives. It has non-flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC is highly resistant to oxidizing agents, reducing agents and strong acids. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and is also not suitable for contact with aromatic hydrocarbons or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Depending on the application range, PVC materials can also be divided into: general-purpose PVC resin, high-polymerization PVC resin, cross-linked PVC resin. The general-purpose PVC resin is formed by polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer under the action of an initiator; the high polymerization degree PVC resin refers to a resin obtained by polymerizing a chain extender in a vinyl chloride monomer polymerization system; the crosslinked PVC resin is A resin obtained by polymerizing a crosslinking agent containing a diene and a polyene into a vinyl chloride monomer polymerization system.
